Depth Isn’t Loud

Which aspects do you think makes a person unique?

People think what makes someone unique is their personality, their interests, the things they choose to show.

It’s not.

It’s what they’ve been through and what it did to them.

The things they don’t say out loud.

The way they notice everything and pretend they don’t.

The way they read people without trying.

Two people can live the same life and come out completely different.

Some people stay surface level.

Others learn to see everything.

To pick up on patterns.

To understand without being told.

Everyone has a personality.

Not everyone has depth.

Some people live.

Others pay attention.

That’s the difference.
