🖤 When You Stop Explaining Yourself

There comes a point where you realize that constantly explaining yourself is exhausting.

Not because you can’t explain your choices — but because the people asking were never really trying to understand in the first place.

Some people only want explanations so they can argue with them.

Some people want access to your life without respecting your boundaries.

And some simply struggle with the idea that you’ve changed.

Growth often looks like becoming quieter about your decisions.

Not because you’re unsure of them, but because you finally understand that not everyone deserves a seat at the table when it comes to your life.
