šŸ–¤ The Version of Me I Had to Become

There was a version of me that existed before I learned how important boundaries were.

A version that believed being patient meant tolerating things that hurt. A version that believed keeping the peace meant staying quiet. A version that thought love meant accepting behavior that slowly chipped away at who I was.

But growth changes that.

At some point you realize that protecting your peace is not cruelty. Speaking up is not selfish. Walking away from what harms you is not failure.

Sometimes the strongest version of yourself is the one that finally decides enough is enough.
