Grief — Part III: What It Leaves Behind

Grief changes you — not always in ways that are visible.

It deepens your empathy.

It sharpens your awareness.

It teaches you how fragile and precious connection really is.

What remains after grief isn’t emptiness.

It’s tenderness.

Memory.

A quieter understanding of yourself and others.

Healing didn’t remove my grief.

It taught me how to hold it gently

without letting it define me.

And maybe that’s enough.
